The prevalence of student mental health concerns in schools has been increasing significantly. Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD are common mental health diagnoses that are found in students of all ages. Mental health topics will be discussed to inform educators, direct support staff and behavior consultants when working with students with a variety of mental health diagnoses. In addition a discussion will be presented regarding how to bridge the gap between behavior analytic and mental health services.
