Requirements for Behavior Specialist Consultant

a. Master's degree and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
b. Bachelor’s degree and a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst or;
c. Licensed Behavior Specialist (preferably pursuing BCBA)

◦  PA Criminal Record Clearance

◦  Child Abuse Clearance

◦  FBI Fingerprint Clearance Letter -Registration under Dept of Education

◦  Child CPR Certification

◦  Child First Aide Certification

◦  Tuberculosis Skin Test Clearance

◦  Act 24 Arrest or Conviction Form

◦  Mandated Reporter Training Certification

◦ CPI Certification in non-violent crisis intervention - Training can be provided by CTP

◦ Act 168 Sexual Misconduct Forms - one for each former, and current place you have contracted or worked as an employee serving children
