Description
  • Maintain list of available Providers (BCBA, BSC, PARAs) including schedules and availability; work with Staffing and Service Supervisors to insure all non-active providers are made inactive in CR

  • Work closely with Student Service Coordinators and Staffing Supervisor to prepare and distribute case related correspondences

  • Accurately clarify, interpret, apply and explain organization and department policies and procedures to providers and school representatives

  • Interact with providers, staff and school personnel in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner

  • Become expert in all CTP and school specific systems

  • Work with Staffing Supervisor to accurately trac and keep up to date employee and contractor availability

 

Responsibilities
  • Performs a variety of administrative support tasks related to the primary mission of the Student Services Department

  • Gathers information, compiles data, calculates descriptive statistics and assists in the preparation of required reports of department

  • Gather and update all relevant documentation for new providers and existing contractors, including but not limited to, new case information, school specific updates, CTP policy changes, and training requirements. for distribution via CTP communications or direct provider correspondences

  • Serve as a resource for providers on navigating CR, Easy Trac, NewRow, IEP Writer, Pelican, RSM and other school specific computer-based management systems

  • With support from Department Supervisors, assist accounting team in resolving contractor conversion/billing issues in a timely manner

  • Ensure that new providers have appropriate backgrounds, training and credentials for available cases and specific school requirements

  • Prepare/compile/present data for Student Services reports, including but not limited to, unconverted and cancelled appointments

  • Manage the provider availability tracking system

  • Assist in provider Central Reach / EasyTrac reconciliation

  • Serve as back-up service coordinator when necessary

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures including planning, personnel, data analysis and report preparation

  • Extremely proficient in MS office, in particular Excel, Power Point and Word

  • Knowledge of and skill in the use of word-processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet and database software; and use of appropriate database applications as required by the position

  • Knowledge and ability to interpret data, gather and organize information and prepare reports

  • Ability to multi-task, plan work assignments and manage tasks from multiple department areas of responsibility

Base Salary
$32,000 Per year
