Connecting the Pieces, LLC (CTP) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead the hiring of both employees and independent contractors in the Behavioral Health and Education Industry. CTP offers a variety of services to help improve the lives of children with special education needs and their families.
Responsibilities
Recruiter responsibilities include:
- Identify and recommend new candidate sourcing venues (platforms, fairs, etc.)
- Understand position requirements and how to evaluate candidates accordingly
- Understand how each online platform works
- Ensure our job ads remain visible and “fresh”
- Create and publish job ads
- Find and attend college/university job fairs, career fairs and job posting boards
- Provide ongoing updates and data on venue effectiveness
- Quickly interview and move appropriate candidates through the process
- Track KPI’s
- Effectively communicate and sell prospective candidates on the Company mission
- Attract new candidates through social media
- Develop a prospective candidate database, and communicate on an ongoing basis
- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
- Manage recruitment databases and process/track applicant job submissions
- Create new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
- Generate sufficient qualified candidate
Qualifications
Skills/Experience Required:
- Demonstrated initiative to achieve goals
- Minimum 2 years recruiting employees and independent contractors
- Strong effective communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic to meet and exceed expectations
- Able to multi-task and stay organized
